Unless stated otherwise, dividends paid by BRP Inc., on any of its class of shares after July 31, 2017 to Canadian resident persons are designated as eligible dividends for the purpose of the Canadian Income Tax Act. and any corresponding provincial legislation.
A portion of $0.05 per share of the dividend of $0.08 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share to be paid to Canadian resident persons by BRP Inc. on July 13, 2017 is designated as eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada). The other portion of $0.03 of such dividend will be a taxable dividend, other than an eligible dividend, for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Notice:
Pursuant to the substantial issuer bid closed on July 17, 2017, deemed dividend on subordinated voting share in the amount of $34.03 per share is triggered out of the purchase price of $40.70 per share. The totality of the dividend deemed to have been paid by BRP Inc. to Canadian resident persons is designated as eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Notice:
Pursuant to the substantial issuer bid closed on July 18, 2019, deemed dividend on subordinated voting share in the amount of $43.35 per share is triggered out of the purchase price of $47.30 per share. The totality of the dividend deemed to have been paid by BRP Inc. to Canadian resident persons is designated as eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial legislation.
