• The BRP plants in Juárez and Querétaro are awarded the ESR® badge for socially responsible companies.

Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, June 27, 2018 – Each of the three BRP manufacturing plants in Mexico has received the Socially Responsible Company (ESR®) badge and is ranked in the list of Super Companies 2018, based on employee feedback collected by Top Companies and Expansión magazine. These accolades reflect BRP's commitment to the welfare of its workers and the communities where it operates.

BRP receives ESR® badge

BRP’s three Mexican plants have received the ESR ® badge for socially responsible companies awarded by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy, A.C. (Cemefi). The award was presented to BRP at the XI Latin American Meeting of Socially Responsible Companies. It is the third consecutive year that the plants in Ciudad Juárez, where we manufacture Can-Am side-by-side vehicles, have received this distinction, and the second consecutive year for the plant in Querétaro, which produces Sea-Doo watercraft.

BRP was recognized for its various initiatives to reduce its social and environmental impact across the three sites, which employ 3,000 people in both Juárez sites and 2,500 in Querétaro. These include implementing ongoing recycling, organizing support activities for charitable organizations, and providing services to its personnel, such as transport to and from the plant and onsite childcare.

BRP ranked in Super Companies 2018 list

The Super Companies list, produced by Top Companies and Expansión, ranked BRP no. 29 among companies of more than 3,000 employees where "everyone wants to work". The list is compiled based on employees answering direct, personal and confidential surveys, carried out during the months of October and November 2017.

This year, there are 755 companies in the “Súper Empresas” list, divided into three categories: up to 500 employees, between 500 and 3,000, and more than 3,000 employees. The list is produced annually, and audited by PwC. Both Top Companies and Expansión are leaders in business journalism and the diagnosis and strengthening of organizational culture.
